we are open

Serving brunch all day and delicious dinners at night. We cook every dish from scratch; bake bread, make jams and chutneys and smoke our own fish. If we don't know where produce comes from we won't serve it. Our ingredients are as fresh, local and seasonal as possible. 

Sustainability is at our heart.  We don't serve bottled water but filter our own. We're passionate about responsible waste management and won't compromise our carbon footprint for profit.  We are proud to have been awarded 3 stars by the Sustainable Restaurant Association. We look forward to welcoming you.

It's been a long journey and we've had many  mishaps along the way... from holes in the roof to rotten walls, squatters to dodgy plumbing, major excavations to droopy ceilings. But we've made it!  Our neighbours have been amazingly patient and our supporters have been brilliant. So thank you very, very much. We look forward to welcoming you to our restaurant very soon.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Pete's credits include Malmaison, The Cornwall Hotel and Spa and the Butchershop Bar and Grill in Glasgow where he was Operations Director. He is passionate about food, drink and excellent service, loves James Bond films and has just become a dad. 

Jane collins

EXECUTIVE CHEF

Jane has been with HERE for just over two years. Her background is impressive. She's worked at The Waterside Inn in Bray, Nahm and The Belvedere to name but a few. A kiwi with a passion for skiing and Cornwall, Jane is a brilliantly creative chef.

Debbie has a passion for all things local. She came late to hospitality having worked in the media for 20 years.
