HERE we serve brunch all day and delicious dinners at night. We cook every dish from scratch; bake bread, make jams and chutneys and smoke our own fish. If we don't know where produce comes from we won't serve it. Our ingredients are as fresh, local and seasonal as possible. Sustainability is at our heart.  We don't serve bottled water but filter our own. We're passionate about responsible waste management and won't compromise our carbon footprint for profit.  We are proud to have been awarded 3 stars by the Sustainable Restaurant Association. We look forward to welcoming you.

Our live jazz is taking its summer break, but will return in September when every Wednesday we'll once again host some of the best UK jazz musicians; hand picked by our resident MD, Bob Haddrell on keyboard and vocals.

Pete's credits include Malmaison, The Cornwall Hotel and Spa and the Butchershop Bar and Grill in Glasgow where he was Operations Director. He is passionate about food, drink and excellent service, loves James Bond films and has just become a dad. 

Jane collins


Jane has been with HERE for just over two years. Her background is impressive. She's worked at The Waterside Inn in Bray, Nahm and The Belvedere to name but a few. A kiwi with a passion for skiing and Cornwall, Jane is a brilliantly creative chef. 



Debbie has a passion for all things local. She came late to hospitality having worked in the media for 20 years.
