Art Themen on tenor and soprano sax has played with many English luminaries including local star Michael Garrick, Graham Collier and Stan Tracey as well as touring with Nat Adderly, Ian Carr, George Coleman and Al Haig.

A discretionary £5pp jazz fee will be added to your bill. 100% goes to the musicians. Just ask if you’d like us to remove it.

HERE we serve brunch all day and delicious dinners at night

We cook every dish from scratch; bake bread, make jams and chutneys and smoke our own fish. If we don't know where produce comes from we won't serve it. Our ingredients are as fresh, local and seasonal as possible. Sustainability is at our heart.  We don't serve bottled water but filter our own. We're passionate about responsible waste management and won't compromise our carbon footprint for profit.  We are proud to have been awarded 3 stars by the Sustainable Restaurant Association. We look forward to welcoming you.

PETE DYER

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Pete's credits include Malmaison, The Cornwall Hotel and Spa and the Butchershop Bar and Grill in Glasgow where he was Operations Director. He is passionate about food, drink and excellent service, loves James Bond films and has just become a dad. 

Jane collins

EXECUTIVE CHEF

Jane has been with HERE for just over two years. Her background is impressive. She's worked at The Waterside Inn in Bray, Nahm and The Belvedere to name but a few. A kiwi with a passion for skiing and Cornwall, Jane is a brilliantly creative chef. 

DEBBIE MANNERS

DIRECTOR 

Debbie has a passion for all things local. She came late to hospitality having worked in the media for 20 years.
